Remstar Films, a division of Remstar Corporation, is a company with over twelve years of experience producing and distributing film and television products.

For several years, Remstar Films has offered audiences everywhere a wide variety of cinematographic works. In addition to producing its own works of national and international calibre, Remstar Films has established its market leadership by offering a varied selection of quality film products. Its close relations with major American and European industry stakeholders, combined with the experience of its team, have allowed Remstar Films to acquire and distribute some of the industry's most interesting and diverse productions.

With the help of Remstar Media Partners, a company created by Remstar Corporation, the Fonds de solidarité FTQ and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Remstar Films is expanding its horizons to acquire and distribute even more high calibre productions. A dozen Canadian and foreign productions are distributed by Remstar Films each year.

On the production side, Remstar Films has produced the films Elles étaient cinq, Le secret de ma mère, Battle in Seattle, Head in the Clouds, Mesrine – L'Instinct de mort and Polytechnique, which won the Genie award for Best Film.

Remstar Films recently acquired and presented Les Amours imaginaires, Mesrine, Planet 51, Les doigts croches, The Wrestler and Funkytown.

In the months ahead, Remstar Films will distribute Décharge, La peur de l'eau, Cell 211, Notre jour viendra, Le Torrent and Liverpool.
